Before proceeding for filling the form online the applicant must have the following in JPEG and JPG formats only

Scanned Photograph (less than 500 KB).
Scanned Copy of Community Certificate, if SC/ST (less than 500 KB).
Remit the Application form fee in the form of Challan / Netbanking and the Scan the Copy of remittance (less than 500 KB).
Please upload latest passport size colour photograph (Format-JPEG,JPG, Size less than 500 KB).
The scanned copy of the details of fees paid has to be uploaded.
After filling the mandatory information click the "SUBMIT" button.
